Flu Prevention and Your Nose
It might sound strange but it’s a important one.
Protect the mucus membranes of your nose. Especially if you are going to be flying or work in close proximity with a bunch of little kids (always getting the bug)
What to do:
Take an organic lip balm, something like Burt’s Bees that is mild and has no junk in it and use it sort of like you would put on a salve…but to the inside...
